Copper molds for casting are parts used in the continues casting machine. These are employed to absorb heat from the steel and produce ingots. PSS Engineering Co. is the first Iranian manufacturer of these parts using CuZrCr and CuAg alloys. The parts manufactured have abrasion-resistance coatings such as nickel-based composites, hard chrome, and hardened nickel.
